Dramatically enhance the quality of your ensemble with the purchase of the Anello Jazz Ensemble Mouthpiece Kit.
Shown below, is the saxophone section of the Oak Creek High School Jazz Knights, led by Band Co-Director, Guy Gregg. In June 2026, Mike Anello held a mouthpiece sampling session at Oak Creek High School with the help of saxophonist, Steve Jacob. After careful mouthpiece selection for each student, a recording was made to compare the superior qualtiy of Anello Mouthpieces to an earlier recording with the member’s original mouthpieces. Click on the “Before” and After” recordings and listen to the difference after playing on the new mouthpieces for just 10-30 minutes.

Students were introduced to the concept of using different tip openings to achieve desired results for concert band, marching band, and jazz performance. Shown below is the Anello Mouthpiece Array that was used to enhance the process of mouthpiece sampling. The mouthpiece mini-clinic provided the students with a better understanding of mouthpiece importance and led to the purchase of an Anello Jazz Ensemble Mouthpiece Kit, which included 1 Soprano, 3 Altos, 3 Tenors, and 2 Baritones. The kit can be customized to the specific needs of the band director. Contact Mike Anello to discuss this process and costs.
A huge thank you to saxophonist, Steve Jacob, and Band Director, Guy Gregg. Guy found out about Anello Mouthpieces as a result of being another alum of the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps.
